The Combined Synopsis Request for Quote (RFQ)/Solicitation number is 36C78625Q50262. A site visit is schedule for Thursday, May 15, 2025 from 9:00am - 11:00am EST. All interested parties should meet Mr. Faust at 9:00am (sharp) by the Historic Arch section. The closing date for this solicitation will be May 29, 2025 at 10:00am EST. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 561730 (Landscaping Services) and the standard size is $9.5 million. ANTICIPATED PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Base Year: August 1, 2025 - July 31, 2026 Option Year One: August 1, 2026 - July 31, 2027 Option Year Two: August 1, 2027 - July 31, 2028 Option Year Three: August 1, 2028 - July 31, 2029 Option Year Four: August 1, 2029 - July 31, 2030 All questions regarding this solicitation are to be submitted to the Contract Specialist via email no later than close of business, May 20, 2025.
