Complete Grounds Maintenance at Chattanooga -- S208 Complete Grounds Maintenance at Chattanooga National Cemetery The Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration (NCA) is seeking qualified SDVOSB that is capable of providing Complete Grounds Maintenance services at Chattanooga National Cemetery located at 1200 Bailey Ave, Chattanooga, Tennessee 37404. The Combined Synopsis Request for Quote (RFQ)/Solicitation number is 36C78625Q50262. A site visit is schedule for Thursday, May 15, 2025 from 9:00am - 11:00am EST. All interested parties should meet Mr. Faust at 9:00am (sharp) by the Historic Arch section. The closing date for this solicitation will be May 29, 2025 at 10:00am EST. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 561730 (Landscaping Services) and the standard size is $9.5 million. ANTICIPATED PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Base Year: August 1, 2025 - July 31, 2026 Option Year One: August 1, 2026 - July 31, 2027 Option Year Two: August 1, 2027 - July 31, 2028 Option Year Three: August 1, 2028 - July 31, 2029 Option Year Four: August 1, 2029 - July 31, 2030 All questions regarding this solicitation are to be submitted to the Contract Specialist via email no later than close of business, May 20, 2025.
