Description

Renovation of a military facility in Bremerton, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

This task order is to demo existing roofing material down to the wood subsurface and all gutters and downspouts. Remove all wooden support post and replace with metal. Replace one wood rafter on north end of awning with like and kind. Re-roof with a 60 mil fully adhered PVC membrane roof system to include 1/2 cover board, flashings roof drains, Gutters and downspouts immediately associated with the roof and ensure a watertight seal.
