The Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission (State Parks) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to operate, monitor and test according to the permits specific to the Membrane Biological Reactor (MBR) Plants at Larrabee, Fort Flagler, Dosewallips and lllahee State Parks. Contractor will maintain these sewer treatment plants in accordance with the operating permit and the manufactures guidelines according to the Operations and Maintenance Manual for each facility. EXPECTED TIME PERIOD FOR CONTRACT: The period of performance of any contract(s) resulting from this RFP is TBD. Small, Minority, Women, and Veteran-owned firms are encouraged to submit responses.
