This project is a state funded project utilizing State of Good Repair funds. The project includes milling and asphalt overlay on Northbound Hampton Boulevard from Terminal Boulevard to Greenbrier Avenue and D Avenue to Ellyson Street and on 26th and 27th Streets from Hampton Boulevard to Church Street. UPC 125489, State Project # 0337-122-552 / UPC 125493, State Project # 0337-122-553 / UPC 126117, State Project # 0247-122-559 / UPC 126118, State Project # 0247-122-560 / UPC 126120, State Project # 0247-122-561. Work to be Substantially Completed in: 140 calendar days Liquidated Damages: six hundred fifty dollars ($600.00) per day Performance Bond: one hundred percent (100%) Payment Bond: one hundred percent (100%) Bid Bond: five percent (5%) Question Deadline 05/20/2025 at 4:00 PM ET All Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted through online. The City reserves the right to cancel the bid opening or to reject any or all bids in whole or part, when it is in the best interest of the City. The right to waive informalities and to determine responsiveness of any bid and responsibility of all bidders is reserved to the City.
