The base bid also includes stormwater improvements on Forest Road and Woodside Drive. Alternates include paving and stormwater on Harmony Road, the reconstruction of 5th Street and mill and pave repairs on Martins, Howard, Ridge, Stephens, and Laurel where roads were cut for utility repairs. All bidders must submit bid security of a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the Base Bid.
