**As of July 23 , 2025 , This project has been awarded to Buxton Construction, LLC for $1,209,699.96..** The Project consists of furnishing all labor and materials required for the Traffic Circulations Improvements , including but not limited to grading, drainage, erosion control, concrete and hot mix asphalt paving, and stabilization of disturbed areas. Bid Bond (5%), Performance and Payment Bonds (100%). The Contract Time is 120 calendar days. Liquidated damages in the amount of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) shall be assessed for each day the work extends beyond each milestone completion date. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, to waive informalities and technicalities.
