The Design Build budget, including all fees and allowances, is $64,000,000 - $68,000,000. The project includes phasing of abatement, demolition, sitework, and new improvements in order to transition from the old facilities to the new buildings. Anticipated Start of Construction is Summer 2026. Fremont Unified School District is seeking to prequalify design-build entities or design-build teams to submit proposals to design and construction the District's Brier Elementary School and Glankler Early Learning Center Campus Replacement Project. Only respondents that have been prequalified by the District in response to this RFQ will be eligible to submit proposals in response to the District's subsequent RFP for the project.
