The project consists of new additions and seismic upgrades to the existing Brentwood Park Elementary School for SD41. The project will require two phases. Phase 1 will consist of 10 new classrooms, a new gymnasium, power service upgrade, parking lot, fire access route off Delta Avenue, an elevator and gender-neutral washroom. Phase 2 is a renovation to the existing school including seismic upgrades, classroom renovations, a new main entrance, gender-neutral washroom and a childcare addition.
