The Scope of Work Includes but is Not Limited to: Hma Binder Course (6,025 Ton), Hma Surface Course (5,067 Ton), Hma Surface Removal (39,064 Sy), Curb and Gutter Removal and Replacement (5,317 Foot), and Pcc Sidewalk (11,384 Sf). Additional Items Include Earth Excavation, Aggregate Base, Base Repair, Topsoil and Sod, Pavement Markings, and All Other Work Necessary to Complete the Project as Set Forth in the Bid Documents. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance and Payment bond equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total contract price as security for the faithful performance and the payment of all bills and obligations arising from the performance of the contract. The successful bidder and all sub-contractors shall be required to conform to the labor standards set forth in the Contract Documents. The successful bidder shall pay prevailing wage and shall provide certified payrolls to the City for the duration of the project. This project must comply with the Elgin Responsible Bidders Ordinance and Elgin Residency Requirements. The bidder shall submit, if requested by the City, a list of qualified references for projects of similar size and scope of this project.
