Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Hooksett, New Hampshire. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to engage the services of a professional engineering/architectural firm to provide the services necessary to provide a complete design of a new Administration Building and retaining wall. The Town of Hooksett reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, to waive technical or legal deficiencies, and to accept any Proposal that it may deem to be in the best interest of the Town. Inquiries and coordination of any site visits by interested parties pertaining to the request for proposal must cite the RFP title and acceptance date and be directed to Ben Berthiaume, Public Works Director, (603) 668-8019 or BBerthiaume@hooksett.org. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
