Separate sealed bids are requested for the construction of the Martins Ferry Force Main Replacement. Completion time is set as 180 calendar days for substantial completion and 210 calendar days for final completion, with liquidated damages of $1,000.00 for each day of delay. Each bid must include a bid security equal to 5% of the total bid price. The successful bidder must provide 100% performance and payment bonds and execute the contract agreement within 10 days of notification of bid acceptance.
