Renovation of a municipal facility in Valley City, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 44,485-square-foot municipal facility.
Project Owner Number: 244114 The Project consists of the alteration of all four floors of the building. Including new mechanical system, new lighting, new mechanical chases and a new drop in ceilings. Work consists of alteration and salvaging of historical materials Individual Prime Contractor Bids will be accepted for the following work scopes: General construction work, mechanical work (including HVAC and plumbing) and electrical work.
