LP&L Erskine Substation Switcher This section covers the general description, scope of the work, and supplementary requirements for equipment, materials, and services included under these specifications. This specification covers the general requirements for design, manufacturing, factory testing, and delivery for High Voltage SF6 Gang Operated Switchers. The switchers will be installed at the Owner's (Lubbock Power & Light) Erskine Substation located in Lubbock, Texas. The purpose of the circuit switcher is to provide switching and fault current interrupting to the high-side of a 115kV/12.47kV, 50MVA transformer. 1A.2 WORK INCLUDED UNDER THESE SPECIFICATIONS The work under these specifications includes furnishing all services, equipment, materials, labor, supervision, and management necessary to provide, delivery, and supply FOB 2905 Erskine St, Lubbock, TX 79415 the following 115kV SF6 circuit switchers.
