LP&L Erskine Substation 15kV Outdoor Vacuum Circuit Breakers - This specification covers the general requirements for design, manufacturing, factory testing, and delivery of Three (3) 3000A, 15kV, 25kA Medium Voltage Outdoor Vacuum Gang Operated Breakers and Eight (8) 2000A, 15kV, 25kA Medium Voltage Outdoor Vacuum Gang Operated Breakers. The breakers will be installed at the Owner's Erskine Substation located in Lubbock, Texas. The work under these specifications includes furnishing all services, equipment, materials, labor, supervision, and management necessary to furnish FOB the following 15kV Vacuum circuit breakers to Erskine Substation, located at 2905 Erskine St, Lubbock, TX 79415 Completion- May 21st, 2026 Miscellaneous materials and services not otherwise specifically called for shall be furnished by the Contractor in accordance with the following: All nuts, bolts, gaskets, special fasteners, backing rings, etc., between components and equipment furnished under these specifications. All piping integral to or between any equipment furnished under these specifications, except as otherwise specified. All necessary instrument, power and control wiring and raceways integral to any equipment furnished under these specifications. This shall include terminal blocks and internal wiring to these terminal blocks for equipment requiring external connection. An interface junction box shall be provided by the Contractor for external connections with Owner's systems. Coupling guards for all exposed shafts and couplings. All special tools or lifting beams and lugs for offloading. All packing, loading, transportation, and customs formalities to deliver FOB Project Site.
