PROJECT SCOPE OF WORK (included but not limited to): ADA Barrier Removal throughout campus buildings and grounds. This includes but not limited to: CFCI wheelchair lifts; replacement of concrete and asphalt walkways; concrete ramps; handrails; replacement of Flagstone pavers; striping at parking stalls; replacement of doors, door hardware and door frames; replacement of interior and exterior drinking fountains; abatement of asphalt and building materials; upgrade existing restrooms also reconfigure existing restrooms; lockers; benches; casework and relocation of electrical and low voltage cables and wall mounted wire mold; Fire Alarm strobes. III. PROJECT CONSTRUCTION PHASE Work will occur at multiple campus areas concurrently, also restricted to phasing and sequencing that will be provided at bid time in a Milestone schedule. Construction duration to Substantial Completion is 570 calendar-days and 600 calendar-days to final completion. Workdays will be Mondays to Saturdays. Work hours will be between 3:30pm to 11:30pm Monday to Friday and between 8am and 6pm Saturday. Note that the city ordinance prohibits construction noise on any Sunday, and at any other time between the hours of 8pm and 6:30am. Note the project includes critical activities that must be started and completed within 7-weeks during the Summer session of 2026. Contractor shall include in his/her bid all costs for material, equipment, and labor to complete said work. Work shifts shall be double shifts Monday through Friday and full shift on Saturdays. Critical activities include but not limited to replacement of exterior concrete, asphalt, asphalt striping, reconfiguration of 2 multiple-user Student restrooms plus 1 student change room and replacement of approximately 100 Student lockers.
