Johnson Township Community Centre (Arena) is seeking a proposal for the supply and full installation of a 110kw natural gas, power backup generator, capable of supplying backup power to the Community Centre with the exception of the Ice Plant. The Proponent will be responsible to: - Supply a skin tight enclosed all weather protected generator - Review current electrical and natural gas supply and provide assessment and proposed upgrades if necessary. - Automatic transfer switch, trenching and concrete pad complete with bollards and chain link enclosure - Fire alarm and fire alarm verification connected to generator along with a panel upgrade to accommodate this installation. - Complete installation shall include repairs to existing building from any work required running lines and connecting building to generator. - A site visit is mandatory - Successful contractor shall be responsible for all permits and insurances
