Reference Number 0000386749 The University of Colorado Boulder seeks Mechanical Contracting Services for two separate State funded Controlled Maintenance projects to replace heat exchangers. The second project is titled UCB001152-MULTI-REPLACE DOMESTIC WATER HEAT EXCHANGERS (2025-107M24) and replaces six (6) Armstrong model 415 steam to domestic water heat exchangers located in Bruce Curtis, Ekeley and Koebel buildings. Anticipated Construction Start/Finish 10/16/25 - 5/30/26 The Mechanical contractor will submit two Bid Forms for this Notice #25-41 and both projects will be awarded to the overall low bidder based on the combined scoring results of the qualifications and sealed bids.
