Reference Number 0000386749 The University of Colorado Boulder seeks Mechanical Contracting Services for two separate State funded Controlled Maintenance projects to replace heat exchangers. The first project is titled UCB000970-MULTI-HEAT EXCHANGERS, CHEM, DUAN, DDW-2024-104M23 and replaces five (5) Armstrong model 415 steam to heating water heat exchangers located in Chemistry, Duane and Duane D-Wing buildings. The second project is titled UCB001152-MULTI-REPLACE DOMESTIC WATER HEAT EXCHANGERS (2025-107M24) and replaces six (6) Armstrong model 415 steam to domestic water heat exchangers located in Bruce Curtis, Ekeley and Koebel buildings. The Mechanical contractor will submit two Bid Forms and both projects will be awarded to the overall low bidder based on the combined scoring results of the qualifications and sealed bids.
