A restricted period under the Procurement Lobbying Law is currently in effect for this Procurement and it will remain in effect until the Authority executes the contract. Bidders are prohibited from contact related to this procurement with any Syracuse Regional Airport Authority member, officer, staff or employee other than the designated contact person (if any) and/or the designated email address for contact. Please refer to Sections 2.2 and 2.3 below. Any questions, requests for information or clarification regarding this IFB should be submitted via email, citing the relevant IFB page(s) and section(s), no later than May 01, 2025 at 1PM to bids@syrairport.org. The Syracuse Regional Airport Authority (the "Authority") was created by the New York State Legislature on August 17, 2011 by Chapter 463 of the Laws of 2011. The Authority is the operator of the Syracuse Hancock International Airport in Syracuse, New York.
