Replace Roofs MWBE Goal 15% - 15% Estimated Cost $4,000,000 - $5,000,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Bidders and must be accompanied by a bid security (i.e. certified check, bank check, or bid bond in the amount of $109,600 for C). The substantial completion date for this project is 423 days after the Agreement is approved by the Comptroller. Bid security is required as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into the Contract and furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and Labor and Material Bond within the time specified on the Bid Form If required, the Contractor shall furnish Performance and Payment Bonds in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total Contract price as security for the faithful performance of this Contract . The Office of General Services reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
