The Pennsylvania Game Commission (PGC) is soliciting electronic bids for maintenance of a section of Kelly Tract Road on State Game Lands (SGL) #81. The scope of the project includes making drainage improvements, road surface preparation and roadway construction with base material and #2A coarse aggregate. All questions regarding the IFB must be submitted in writing to the email address of the Issuing Officer provided in the solicitation. While there is no set timeline for the submittal of questions, questions received within 48 hours prior to the bid due date and time will be answered at the discretion of the Commonwealth The Commonwealth reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive technical defects in bids and to accept or reject any part of the bid deemed in the best interests of the Commonwealth. Except as otherwise provided by law, award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder, and all bidders will be advised of the bid results. A Purchase Order will be generated at the time of award without further input from the successful bidder. Awarded vendor will be sent a copy of this document and no work will be authorized until the vendor is in receipt of the Purchase Order.
