Sealed proposals for the following: ITEM 1: 5,062 Ton Superpave Wearing Course 9.5 mm IN PLACE ITEM 2: 1,329 Ton Aggregate Shoulder In Place ITEM 3: 3,189 Gal Prime Coat with AE-P/E-1 Prime Emulsified Asphalt ITEM 4: 3,589 Ton Superpave Wearing Course, 9.5 mm, IN PLACE ITEM 5: 784 Ton Aggregate Shoulder, In Place ITEM 6: 1,881 GAL. Prime Coat with AE-P/E-1 Prime Emulsified Asphalt PA Prevailing Wage Act applies to the project only if the bid exceeds $100,000. Liquidated damages apply at a rate of $975 per calendar day. Proposals must be on the forms provided by the municipality. A bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid is required with a performance bond in the amount of 100% on the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder within 20 days after the contract is awarded. The municipality reserves the right to reject all proposals DESCRIPTION OF WORK: 1.5" Superpave Asphalt Wearing Course, 9.5mm, 50 gyration, in place.
