As of August 27, 2025, the project is canceled. Project is no longer needed. THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS ON FILE ARE FOR "REVIEW ONLY". IN ORDER TO SUBMIT AN ELIGIBLE BID, CONTRACTORS ARE REQUIRED TO GET A COPY OF THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FROM MALLARY HAINZEY @ mhainzey@altoonasd.com. For Juniata Elementary Flooring Upgrade Furnish and Install VCT and 4 vinyl base. Acceptable manufacturers include but are not limited to Armstrong, Tarkett, Mannington, and Johnsonite. Adhesive: Manufacturer approved low-VOC adhesive compatible with substrate and VCT. Edge Strips and Transitions: Rubber of Vinyl as needed to match or contrast. Apply a manufacturer approved floor patch or leveling compound as needed. The estimated area for the flooring project is approximately 13,000 square feet. However, it is the contractors responsibility to verify and confirm all measurements. Tile will be purchased upon award of the bid. Installation will start in June of 2026 after original tile has been mechanically abated
