Project Scope includes enhancements and renovations to two separate DCSD High School Athletic Facilities: Central Davenport High School Athletic Facility, (Former National Guard building) - 3615 N Brady St, Davenport, IA 52806 and Davenport West High School Gymnasium Mezzanine Athletic Facility - 3505 W Locust St, Davenport, IA 52804. Central Davenport High School Athletic Facility: Renovation of restroom/kitchen/storage/locker space for accessible locker room/shower/restroom use with increased capacity. Various designated cosmetic improvements to include painting, turf, rubber flooring, and batting cages, new rooftop HVAC units and distribution systems, fire suppression system, electrical life-safety devices, and communications. New exterior metal panel cladding and signage. Davenport West High School Gymnasium Mezzanine Athletic Facility: Electrically operated batting cage, turf, metal guardrails, and security gates. B. Type of Contract: 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract.
