**As of June 3, 2025, the project was awarded to Ellison Earthworks, LLC, with an awarded amount of $658,290.87.** This project will improve the Conway Pl. corridor and school zone by installing sidewalk on the west side of the street, raised mid-block crosswalk, rapid flash beacons near the W. 4th Ave intersection and mid-block crossing in front of the Keewaydin Discovery Center, school beacons, signage and including striping improvements. New construction on the west side of the corridor will consist of constructing curb, gutter, sidewalk , backdrop sidewalk, chain link fence, existing curb ramp improvements, ground sloping and landscape restoration, in accordance with these special provisions, manufacturer's product label instructions, and applicable Local, State and Federal Laws & Regulations.
