The 32nd & Ione Lift Station Replacement Project Consists of Upgrades to the Existing Sewer Lift Station Located in Front of 724 W 32nd Ave. The Existing Lift Station Has Been in Service Since the 1970's and is Comprised of a Lower Wet Well Chamber and Upper Dry Well Chamber Housing the Suction Lift Pumps and Control Valves. The Project Scope of Work Includes Installation of a New Valve Vault, Refurbishing and Coating the Existing Wet Well Structure, Installation of 2 New Submersible Wet Well Pumps, Electrical and Control Upgrades, and Other Civil Site Improvements. Engineer's Estimate - $ 593,243 The City of Kennewick reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish a satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the City of Kennewick.
