The work to be performed and provided under this Contract shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, safety equipment, permitting, erosion and sedimentation control measures, taxes, profit, overhead, testing, startup, and other costs and effort required to complete the following: Removal of approximately 108 linear feet of CMP and replacement with RCP, Installation of approximately 303 linear feet of 8" DIP gravity sewer, Installation of approximately 1,545 linear feet of slip lining existing sewer, Installation of approximately 940 linear feet of 6" DIP water main, Installation of approximately 1,705 linear feet of 8" DIP water main, Installation of approximately 500 linear feet of 10" DIP water main, Installation of approximately 4,672 linear feet of 2" PE gas main, Installation of approximately 547 linear feet of 3/4" PE gas main, Installation of approximately 4,430 linear feet of power/telecommunications duct bank, Removal and replacement of asphalt pavement Milling and 1.5" asphalt overlay with striping Project Location: The project area comprises a nine-block area that is centered on the downtown square. This area includes government and private commercial development. The downtown square area is a vibrant commercial district with numerous privately owned businesses that will benefit from the infrastructure improvements being constructed. The Contractor shall not unnecessarily disrupt operations of or access to local businesses during project construction. Any necessary disruptions will be coordinated with local businesses through the City's Project Manager. In general, businesses in the project area will be able to remain open and accessible during normal business hours throughout the project. The schedule for the project will be determined during Phase I Services between the CMAR and City. The time allotted for final completion of work shall not be more than 720 consecutive calendar days.
