PROJECT CODE: P.O. P631017 COUNTY PROJECT CODE: 22-0021 1. The construction of a new Control Building for the relocation and consolidation of the Proctors Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant control station and server room. 2. The expansion and renovation of the Administration Building for expanding the laboratory services, relocating the Pretreatment staff, and general aesthetic improvements. 3. The construction of a new Golf Cart Canopy. 4. The relocation and extension of existing site utilities to support the new Control Building and renovated Administration Building. Each bidder is solely responsible for obtaining all addenda by sending an e-mail to khopkins@brockenbrough.com, or by calling (804) 592-3900. A single Site Visit is scheduled in conjunction with the pre-bid conference. No other Site Visits will be permitted. Question Deadline 06/13/2025 at 4:00 PM ET Inquiries must be received no later than June 13, 2025, at 4:00 P.M All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents shall be submitted to Engineer in writing.
