Renovation of a water / sewer project in Chester, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on October 22, 2025 at 10:00 AM. The conference will be held at the Proctors Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant, 1200 Coxendale Road, Chester, VA 23836. Attendance is encouraged; however, it is not mandatory in order for your bid to be considered for award. Scope of Work: This project consists of, but isn't limited to the following: Demolition of tanks, piping, and appurtenances and providing new tanks, piping and appurtenances for the fire suppression system at the Proctors Creek and Falling Creek Wastewater Treatment Plants. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents shall be submitted to Engineer in writing. In order to receive consideration, questions must be received by Engineer at least 7 days prior to the date for the opening of Bids. All questions shall be submitted in writing to Kris.Edelman@arcadis.com *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
