Dutch Gap Water Tank Rehabilitation The Dutch Gap Tank Rehabilitation project consists of interior and exterior painting of the tank and miscellaneous structural repairs. The Contractor shall commence the work required by the Contract Documents within Ten (10) calendar days after the date of the NOTICE TO PROCEED. Work shall be substantially complete within 180 calendar days, unless the period for completion is extended otherwise by the Contract Documents. Work shall be finally complete and ready for final payment within 200 calendar days, unless the period for completion is extended otherwise by the Contract Documents. Question Deadline 10/02/2025 Request for interpretation of plans and specifications should be sent to the Engineer to be given consideration and must be received at least seven days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids.
