**As of July 23, 2025, this project was awarded to Parkway Electric & Communications LLC, for $2,622,900, Velting Contractors Inc, for $663,000, and DJ's Landscape, Management Inc for $151,558, with a total awarded amount of $3,437,458.** Reference Number 0000386868 The project includes complete interior renovation of the existing GRCC Library & Learning Resource Center, including major mechanical systems, structural modifications, extensive wall / floor plan revisions, plumbing & electrical, and new architectural finishes, as well as a building addition and site reconstruction. Selective Demolition is underway and is expected to be completed by the end of May, 2025. The balance of the work will begin immediately following award of contracts in early July 2025 and wrap up in September 2026.
