Site work for a water / sewer project in Brockport, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Horton Township Whetstone Waterline Project will involve the installation of approximately 4,740 linear feet of waterline in the area of Keystone Road and Coder Rd./CNC Drive, Brockport, PA. Bid security must accompany bid and shall be made payable to the Elk County Board of Commissioners in an amount equal to 10% of the bid price and in the form of a certified bank check or a bid bond issued by an acceptable surety and executed by the bidder. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and payment bonds, each in an amount of 100% of the contract price. A maintenance bond will also be required at the completion of the project. The Elk County Commissioners and Brockway Borough Municipal Authority reserve the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all informalities.
