The New Hampshire Department of Transportation, Bureau of Mechanical Services is soliciting Request for Bids (RFB DOT 2025-01), for a three (3) year contract for Construction Equipment Maintenance and Repair Services. The awarded contract shall commence on 6/25/2025 or Governor & Council approval, whichever is later and shall be valid through 6/30/2028. The annual value of the contract is estimated to be $100,000.00 per year. Any resulting contract (s) for service shall commence upon approval by Governor and Council for a term of approximately three (3) years beginning approximately June 25, 2025, through June 30, 2028. Any requested changes to this bid invitation by the Contractor must be received in writing at the Bureau of Mechanical Services no later than 3:30 PM on the (5th) fifth business day prior to the date of the bid opening. Questions must be submitted by E-mail to Tara Merrifield at the following address: tara.j.merrifield@dot.nh.gov. The State of New Hampshire shall have the right to terminate the purchase contract at any time by giving the successful Contractor a thirty (30) day written notice.
