This is a re-advertisement of QBS 2025-002 Norton Park Phase 3 Design. The addenda for that bid has been added to this bid as ATTACHMENT E included in this document. Initial Survey of Existing Site. • 20% Plans for review by the Owner and the Norton Park Committee • A Ready for Construction (RFC) Plan Set o Adequate dimensions, elevations, and details to construct the provided preliminary designs. o A grading plan o An Erosion and Sediment Control plan o RFC plan set shall include elevations for Flood Management Certification with DEEP
