The City of Virginia Beach is soliciting Requests for Qualifications for Architectural and Engineering Services from interested firms qualified and experienced in the planning and design of roadways to provide engineering design services for Laskin Road Phase 1B Project. Work includes, but is not limited to, roadway alignment and design elements, traffic data and analysis, signs and signal plans, aesthetic design elements, environmental permitting, surveying, storm water management, public utility and other utility coordination, street lighting, geotechnical borings and analysis, public involvement, landscaping, development of construction contract documents, acquisition services, and construction phase services. The City of Virginia Beach Does Not Discriminate Against Faith-based Organizations. The Virginia Beach City Council Has Adopted a 12% Goal for Minority Participation in City Contracts. The City of Virginia Beach reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers in whole or in part and to waive any informalities. The City reserves the right to enter into any contract deemed to be in its best interest. To Be Considered, Offerors Shall Ensure Proposals Are Received in This Manner. Proposals Received After This Date and Time Will Not Be Considered. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
