Renovation of an educational facility in Carrollton, Georgia. Working plans call for the renovation of a 4,500-square-foot educational facility.
“The owner has selected a Construction Manager. A timeline for construction has not yet been established.” The Bonner Hall will be renovated to address the needs of a Maker Space that provides space for students and faculty to create innovative projects as part of instructional programs, research or business entrepreneurship. It is approximately 4,500 square feet with exterior renovation, open flexible lab space with new lighting and power availability, new northwest entrance, and two single stall restrooms. The preliminary Stated Cost Limitation (SCL) or construction cost of the Project is estimated at $1,250,000.00. The final SCL may be revised by the Owner due to final programmatic requirements, funding availability or other circumstances.
