Renovation of a water / sewer project in Bryan, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Question Cut Off Date April 24, 2026 @ 10:00 AM CST Demolition of the existing 1200A main circuit breaker and associated enclosure located on the exterior of the Pump Station Building. The existing main circuit breaker shall be retained by the City or stored as directed Demolition of the existing underground conduit and conductor runs between the existing BTU transformer and the 1200A main circuit breaker. Demolition of the existing conduit and conductor runs between the existing 1200A main circuit breaker and 480V power panel inside the Pump Station Building. Furnishing and installation of a new 700kW, 480V diesel emergency backup generator, including all required controls, breakers, and accessories. Furnishing and installation of one (1) 1200A main circuit breaker with associated NEMA 12 enclosure inside the Pump Station Building. Installation of reinforced concrete foundation, ductbanks, bollards, concrete pavement improvement including excavation, disposal, and site restoration of disturbed areas. Furnishing and installation of one (1) 1200A non-service entrance rated 3-pole automatic transfer switch (ATS). Providing all electrical installation work required to place the system into service. Providing all SCADA programming and integration of the generator to the City's SCADA system. Startup, commissioning, testing, coordination with City Operations, training, and closeout documentation. All other appurtenances necessary to complete the Project.
