Only written Requests For Information (RFI) will be accepted. RFI's will be accepted until 12:00 p.m. (Local Time) on May 19, 2025 at the office of the Town Engineer to the attention of Jason Foote, via email: jfoote@twsny.org. If necessary, an Addendum will be issued by 5:00 p.m. (Local Time) on May 19, 2025 from the office of the Engineer. Copies of the Contract Documents may be examined free of charge at the issuing office during regular business hours: Town of West Seneca Clerk's Office 1250 Union Road West Seneca, NY 14224 The project involves the installation of approximately 1,000 linear feet of 12" SICPP storm sewer, pre-cast concrete catch basins and the restoration of all surfaces along a portion of Sunbriar Drive and St. David's Drive in the Town of West Seneca. Bidders on this work will be required to comply with the President's Executive Order Nos. 11,246 and 11,375 which prohibit discrimination in employment regarding race, creed, color, sex, or national origin. The successful bidder must be an equal opportunity employer, must meet all appropriate State and Federal standards, and comply with all relevant governmental regulations. Statement of Non-Collusion: Bidders on the contract are required to execute a non-collusive bidding certificate pursuant to Section 103d of the General Municipal Law of the State of New York.
