Site work for a water / sewer project in Santa Clara, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Installation of 12-inch C-909 PC 235 PVC water line, hydrants, and related appurtenances, as well as the abandonment-in-place of existing 4-inch, 2-inch, and 1.5-inch water lines. The project is located along Weil Road from N Santa Clara Rd to Marion Rd. Question Deadline 06/10/2025 Question submittal deadline is 5 business days prior to the bid opening via the Issuing Offices site at online so that a response may be posted as an addendum in a timely manner prior to the bid opening. The exact location of each improvement is shown on the attached Plan Sheets. 1.2 SCOPE OF WORK A. Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required to provide to GVSUD requirements as shown on the Plan and Detail Sheets and specified herein QA - 6/13/2025: The services are connected to the adjacent lines to the property, some are on the 4 inch and some are on the 8 inch. Long services will need to be bored as Weil Rd can't be open cut. The limestone wall will be replaced as existing currently stands. Green Valley SUD will supply water, but the contractor will need a construction meter and will be billed if there is a waste. The project is expected to begin by the end of July. Spoils will need to be hauled off at contractor expense. Cathodic protection will not be required for this waterline installation.
