New Mitchell Elementary School- REBID of Multiple Interior Trades (IFB No. 25.0004B) As of May 23, 2025, construction is anticipated to start June 2, 2025 and complete July 5, 2027. If awarded a contract, the successful bidder may be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price. Ann Arbor Public Schools reserves the right to reject any or all bids received, to waive any informalities and irregularities in the bidding, and to accept a bid other than the lowest bid.
