Reference Number 0000388328 The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select a firm or firms to provide professional consulting services for: "General Civil Engineering and Surveying Services." It is anticipated that these services will include capital projects with City and/or federal funding. Proposals submitted should be clearly marked: "RFP No. 25-27 - General Civil Engineering and Surveying Services" and list the offeror's name and address. The City reserves the right to award the total proposal, to reject any or all proposals in whole or in part, and to waive any informality or technical defects if, in the City's sole judgment, the best interests of the City will be so served.
