Site work for a water / sewer project in Waxhaw, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Town of Waxhaw is requesting qualifications, which shall address at a minimum the tasks outlined in this RFQ. The Town intends to award the design, landscape architecture, engineering, permitting and general construction services for this project as a single Master Service Agreement encompassing streambank restoration to facilitate all the requirements of the Federal Hazard Mitigation Grant and of federal, state, local laws, professional engineering standards and other regulations that may apply.
