IFB 2026-026 FY26 Disc Filter Purchase, Union County, North Carolina, through Union County Water, is soliciting bids from qualified companies for a complete set of prefabricated filter panels for the automatic filters on site at 12 Mile WRF as described in this solicitation. Union County is soliciting bids for replacement discs for an existing system. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted in writing to the Procurement contact person listed on the cover page (Juan.RodriguezCruz@unioncountync.gov). Deadline for questions is October 17,2025, at 4:00 PM local time. The County reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, including, without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional bids. The County also reserves the right to waive informalities and request clarification as needed.
