The project primarily consists of the maintenance of existing or new installation of sidewalks (hot mix asphalt and cement concrete), curbing, and pedestrian ramps within DCR properties. Bidders must be pre-qualified by the Massachusetts Dept. of Transportation online Highway Division in Highway - Sidewalk and Curbing to bid on the above project. An award will not be made to a Contractor who is not pre-qualified by online prior to the opening of Proposals. Contractor Qualification Highway Division Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The applicable local minority workforce utilization percentage is a minimum goal of 15.3%. The applicable local women workforce utilization percentage is a minimum goal of 6.9%.
