Site work and paving for a road / highway in Garden City, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Garden City Public Schools is looking to procure proposals to remove and replace an area of Donnelly St, between Garden City Middle School and the Radcliff Center located on the property of 1851 Radcliff St, Garden City, MI 48135. The proposed area to be replaced is approximately 540 x 90. We are looking to do a direct removal and replacement of this section of the road. Existing curb on the South side of the street is to stay. Bidders will be responsible for pulling samples for depth and provide density testing for base to meet industry standards. Proposals should include unit pricing for any base that will need to be replaced. Bidders will be responsible for pulling all necessary permits Questions concerning this Request for Proposal should be directed to Jesse Emmons, Director of Operations, emmonsj@gardencityschools.com. Certified check or Bid Bond by an approved surety company must accompany each proposal in an amount not less than 5% of the bid amount. Price proposal shall be good for a period of no less than 60 days from the bid date. The board reserves the right to waive any irregularities, reject and or all bids, or accept any bid when in the opinion of the board such action will best serve the districts interest.
