The alley is located directly south of 5632 Middlebelt Road, Garden City, MI48135. SPECIFICATIONS: The specifications for the Alley Concrete Removal and Reinstall are outlined below: 1. Contractor to be responsible for setting-up and maintaining traffic control, including signs designating lane closures. 2. Site size is approximately 2,500 sq. ft. 3. Removal of concrete in western portion of alley and sawcut and removal of asphalt on eastern portion and disposal. 4. Set Grade of alley to the drain properly and match all edges. 5. Set sewer structures/manholes to new grade. 6. Underground preparation with stone and compaction to include 4 inches 21AA 7. Set forms in place at least 7 inches and staked. 8. Install fiber expansion as necessary. 9. Install concrete at 7 inches in depth to current standards for MDOT (4000 PSI) concrete installation and curing from the 2020 MDOT Standard Specifications for Construction.
