CULVERT REPLACEMENT AND OTHER WORK Bridge File 76670, NW 5-79-21-W5M Carrying a Local Road over A Tributary to Lalby Creek, 8.6 km NE of Girouxville Work at this site includes the removal and disposal of the existing 3 - 1200 mm CSP and 1 - 900 mm culvert structures with invert lengths of 15.8 m and 14.8 m respectively, and the installation of a 2 - 2200 mm CSP culvert structure with a 24 m invert length. The crossing is located on Range Road 215 over an unnamed tributary to Lalby Creek, 8.6 km northeast of Girouxville. A location plan has been included in the Plans section of this document for the Contractor's convenience. Without limiting the provisions of these Specifications and Contract, the Scope of Work at this site shall include the following: - Traffic Accommodation - Demolition and Disposal of Existing Structure - Excavation - CSP with Couplers Supply - CSP Assembly - Backfill - Roadway Work - Supply and Placement of Class 1 Heavy Rock Riprap - Supply and Installation of Erosion Control Barrier (Straw Fibre Roll) - Supply and Installation of Erosion Control Barrier (Silt Fence) - Supply and Installation of Erosion Control Soil Covering (Type C)
