Site work for a civil project in Taber, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The proposed project will include site grading, installation of deep utilities, lot services, and gravel road construction. The project area is located west of Highway 36 between 72 Avenue and 80 Avenue as outlined in Figure 1 in Appendix B. Major work items for this contract may include but are not limited to the following, subject to change based on final design, approvals, and project requirements: a) Topsoil stripping and stockpiling, b) Dewatering for deep utility installation, c) 700m of 200mm to 450mm PVC sanitary mains, d) 775m of 250mm HDPE sanitary forcemain, e) Lot servicing, f) Lot grading and ditch excavation, g) 500m of gravel road construction.
