Renovation of a water / sewer project in Taber, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

Please refer Bid Tabulation for detailed Bid Result* Work of this contract comprises the following: Demolition and replacement of the existing roof sections: Upper Roof, Lower Roof, and Solids Handling Building. Construction of new roof membrane and insulation replacement. Disconnecting and reconnecting mechanical equipment on the roof as required to allow for roof replacement. Removing and infilling abandoned roof penetrations with new Q-decking ahead of roof membrane installation. Additional Q-Decking may be required if exposed Q-decking shows signs of excessive corrosion; this will be dealt with as additional Q-deck area.
