Site Directions: The primary project area is located on Armitage Avenue between Mannheim Road and 25th Ave in Melrose Park, IL and at several other locations in unincorporated Leyden Township near the primary project area. The proposed work is officially known as "2025 Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation" and further described as cured in place pipe lining of sanitary sewer (various diameter), sanitary manhole epoxy lining, pavement patching, all as further described in the contract documents for the said work prepared by Christopher B. Burke Engineering, Ltd. (CBBEL). Location of the work is on Armitage Avenue between Mannheim Road and 25th Avenue and on several streets north east of Grand Avenue and Wolf Road. Est. Completion Date: Oct. 10, 2025 Any BIDDER in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the contract documents shall address all questions to the ENGINEER before the bid opening.
